It looks beautiful, simple to assemble, and hefty as required. 
I bought it to exercise during my office hour. I have it under my office table, and I can exercise without my knee touching the table.
The only disadvantage is I can't use it with bare feet or indoor shoes. My feet tend to move forward but using it with running shoes solves the issue. Also, it comes with a chair stopper, so there is no back movement of my office chair when I use it.

Better than I thought.

Does not provice a meaningful workout in any way. The travel of the pedals is only 6-8 inches, so your legs do get any  workout. The difference between reistance setting 1 and setting 8 is virtually nonexistent. I don't know why there is any resistance setting at all. Given that it is 27 pounds, the best exercise you'll get is trying to do curls with it... certainly more exercise than using it as intended.

A complete waste of time and money

I love it. I bought a mat with a cloth front and rubber back (a regular door mat) and it stays in place much better than the mat that came with it.  I work up a sweat and I am a fit person.  I use it to get my steps in (by putting my Fitbit on my ankle).  I try to do 10 minutes most hours. If we are watching something together I can use the Cubii right there in the living room.  I bought it mostly to use when we go to our second home but have discovered it is very useful here too.
