My Michelin Primacy tires are used year round through 4 seasons of New England weather. They are excellent in all aspects of handling, smooth ride and quietness. They perform outstanding in all weather from the summer heat to frigid cold blizzard conditions. The only drawback is that how long the last. This is my second set of Michelin Primacy tires and the usable tread is worn at about 30,000 miles.

People are rating these 1 star because they wear out. I have news for everyone, tires designed to have good grip (I.e. better stopping, better cornering, safer in an emergency maneuver) will wear out faster than a tire with less grip. Take Michelin up on the warranty and get a new set of 100k mile tires that barely grip the road. I'm a performance oriented driver and chose these as replacement for my wife's BMW X3 for their quiet ride, acceptable grip and all season rating to drive in occasional snow. I will always buy the highest grip tire i can buy for the road co diction's I drive on. If you never drive on snow or in cold temps, buy summer only tires with more grip than anyone needs and it might just save you from an accident when you need every bit of grip available.

I have 2016 c300 Mercedes, I live in suburban and only drove 21k and went for annual inspections , the report came back as was “ I need two new tires in the rear , there is severe inside wear. Use extreme caution in ALL conditions.” Replaced now. I think there must be a defect in this models . This is ridiculous, I hardly drive this car.

I have a 2WD Lexus RX350. Last year i went to the snow with 50% front and 70% rear on another manufacturer tire. Chain restrictions were in effect. I lied, said it was AWD. (DISCLAIMER: I'm a professional driver and a rescue driver (my job to never get stuck) so i have the experience to drive in these conditions. I DO NOT suggest you do the same. It will cost you your life. The purpose of this is for performance comparison.) Any slight hill, my traction light was coming on. I was climbing slight freeway hills at 15-20mph just unable to get traction. Vehicles were stopped ahead on a downhill and it took 800ft to stop from 35mph. This year, i put 4 new Primacy MXM4s on my SUV. Still had plenty of tread from last year's tires but i wasn't about to go through that again. This year the weather was much worse. Much more snow. On the same interstate, my SUV was having no trouble keeping up with the AWD vehicles and 4x4s. It was so bad, some AWD vehicles (Subaru Outback likely with bad tires) had to put chains on. And braking, night and day from last year. Now, all season performance, my SUV was averaging 25mpg with the old tires. 4 of these and I'm seeing 28-29mpg at 65mph on flat ground. That's a significant improvement.

They day after these were installed, we drove from NJ to Cleveland. It poured on the way. The tires held the road very well. I was impressed. They are a bit noisey. If you can stand the noise I would recommend these. My 2006 Avalon got over 32 mpg. Best I've seen in 85,000 miles.

Lexus came with Michelin MXM4 Tires Standard. Michelin tires have never let me down! I believe best tires made. Just put a new set on my Genesis G80, comfortable, smooth, grip the road, all around awesome tires! On my other automobiles Michelins! Previous Michelin's include Hydroedge, Defenders, and MXM4s. Safe, long lasting, high quality....absolutely the Best in my experience! Thank You Michelin for Safe & High Quality Products!

I drive 110 miles to and from work on interstate highways. The speed limit is 70 and I normally travel at 75-80. I expected these tires to perform well on dry roads but they especially impressed me with their handling on wet roads. There is no noticeable difference in handling whether on wet or dry roads. If you do a lot of high speed driving I would recommend these tires for all season use.

These tires handle very well and give a smooth ride. They are a better ride than the stock tires and give less road noise then the MXM4 Pilot Sport A/S. I prefer these tires for casual driving, the pilot sports did have better cornering though. Comfort and fuel efficiency are my two biggest concerns and these give both.

For the Acura TL these are hands down the best tires. The first set lastest 35k miles which I thought was a little low so I bought another supposedly equivalent set of tires and the loss of quality compared to the Michelin was immediately noticeable. The new tires had a lot of road noise that wasn't there with the Michelins plus the difference in build quality and appearance was very noticeable. After 10k miles a tire separated, so I was liberated from the bad set and went right back to these!

I have these tires on my car and I absolutely love them! They last forever and make me feel like I'm driving a brand new car! These tires are definitely made to last. They are the only brand I will ever purchase. I have never been more happy with my tires. This is the brand for me.
