Junk

These appear to be really classy quality deer. Unfortunately, they are junk. I have purchased 2 sets of these deer. 2 years in a row. And be prepared to do the same because they arent made to last. The lights last 1 season before no longer working. I heavily tape the cords while outdoors and never have an issue. However, afterwards while they sit fully assembled in my dry finished basement for 11 months until the following christmas, they somehow magically stop working. Absolutely no reason that should happen. The most recent set i purchased came damaged with broken ears. The online return process took MONTHS. Not worth the headache or the price. For $50-75 i might just have no problem buying them every year, because thats affordable & theyre cute and what do you want for $50? But for $190, im not interested. Ignore the sparkle & Avoid.

Issue with lights, non-responsive customer service

I purchased Model Number: 67-147 - Set of 3 Twinkling Deer Family from Sam's Club last year and the top half of the lights for the "Doe" stopped worked a week later. I called customer service at (1-800-833-3390) in early December of last year. I was told that the set would be replaced and asked to provide my email address and I would be provided an email notice of when the replacement set would be sent. It's now been a year since this discussion took place...having our second Christmas without lights on the Doe. I've attempted to call the customer service number numerous times and receive a recording that service is open Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM Eastern time....do not leave a message. Send messages to customer support via email. (I have called during the recorded office hours). The overall quality of the set is good, however I would not recommend purchasing. If there are any issues with the set Everstar will not answer the phone or respond to emails.

Amazing!

I bought this as an October birthday present lol. I just had to have it! I had been wanting a set for about five years and finally just did it. They are gorgeous! Daylight or nighttime they get compliments daily 🤗. I love the color of the gold and warm slow twinkling lighting. Very well made and so very happy I chose them as my birthday present this year ❤️❤️

Pretty deer but doe's neck and head quit lighting

I bought these deer in October for Christmas this year. They held up well until tonight - the doe's neck and head isn't lighting. Called customer service and they told me to wait 3-5 business days for the replacement process to begin. I'm glad it was an easy process but I feel let down that they didn't all last not even for 1 month!
