Brand new open it can’t play nothing cause the PlayStation OVER Heated like crazy taking it back to Walmart and get a refund

Overheat and can’t play nothing

Haven’t been able to find this product anywhere else cheaper than Walmart

So I received my box and I got my PlayStation set up and everything's downloading and everything's fine on that end. but there is a voucher that was supposed to be in the box and when I received the box I I was starting to open it up and the sticker or the safety seal was broken and I was a little worried at first but when everything was inside I didn't think anything of it except for the voucher was not found. I figured maybe it would be an automatic download or something like that, but I have yet to find anything in the box resembling a voucher. I looked on the side of the box and it looks like there should be like a card that has the information that I'm looking for for the voucher on it. The voucher is for $1,000 v-bucks and a skin and stuff in fortnite. which is a free downloadable game. when I go to fortnite it doesn't show it and I don't have a redeemed automatically. I am worried that the lady who delivered this tampered with a box and took out to the gift card or the voucher for these 1000 v-bucks and the free skin
