My 4 year old niece suffers from bad allergies! I started incorporating this into her bedtime routine during peak season and have seen great improvements in her quality of life!

I've given this to my 2.5 year old an hour before bedtime for 1.5 weeks. This does cause drowsiness for my child but this doesn't seem to last anywhere near 24 hours, more like 12 hours but works well within that. Its suggested no more than 2.5 ml in 24 hours. Although I will be looking for another brand that will help with symptoms longer.
