I didn t realize it wouldn t fit in my car cup holder. Is it possible to return it? I have not used it

Water is luke warm within 2-3 hours, even if I use ice cubes, very disappointing. Straw is also not reliably functional. However, it is leak proof.

I really enjoy my free sip and have received a lot of compliments on it. It is easy to clean and joint commission compliant!

I love the bottle. It has always been hand washed, but the plastic straw insert under the top is cracked and the straw won t stay in.
