Had an issue with my lid 4 months after purchase. Filled out the warranty form and send a pic. CS promptly replied and had a new lid on the mail to me within 2 days. Great CS!

I put ice water in this and forgot about it. 2 days later, I found it with some Christmas stuff. It was still half full of ice! The straw/spout combo makes it perfect. Ordered more for the whole family.

The lid breaks very easily. I love the free sip style because it allows you to drink without touching the spout, but the lock mechanism and springs aren t made well. We have 6 water bottles that have all broken in the exact same place.
