I'm not sure if these were rushed in production or just weren't checked before shipping, but the Owala quality just wasn't present on this item. The seal in the flip-top isn't set correctly, the threads on the top leak water, and the top seems to attract dirt/grime. One of these I could handle, but all together, I'm pretty disappointed in the quality control of this item.

I love these, as a nurse it keeps my drink cold for over my 12 hour shift. The easy sip straw feels good to the lips and doesn t get clogged. The improved design of the lid makes the need to vent the lid before drinking no longer needed. They are fantastic, I bought 5, thank you for the medical discount too!!!!

Love the colors and that it s insulated. It is a bit heavy and a little hard to drink through the spout rather then the straw. I have definitely been drinking more water since purchasing this which is a very good thing. Overall I would definitely recommend this water bottle.

I never write reviews, because I assume most 5 star reviews are backed with an incentive, but this is not the case. I loved these waterbottles so much! My husband got one too and thinks it is the best design. I loved them so much that after a couple days of use I had to order more and I've even suggested it to several of my friends and family who have purchased some as well. Great design, keeps drinks cold for at least 24 hours, even longer in some cases. Easy to clean which is a big deal for me and durable. If I had to say anything even slightly about it it's that I wish the base would fit better in my cup holder (i have the 24 oz, so maybe the smaller one would fit perfectly). It fits in the top in my car, so I make it work so it's not that big of a deal to me but might be for others.

I love my water bottle so much that 2 days after using it, I ordered more for everyone in my family to have one also! It s awesome and the covered mouth spot with straw reassured me that germs from around the hospital aren t falling on the mouth piece of my water bottle. Water stays cold for a long time and I stay hydrated easily!

I LOVE my new bottle! The only problem I am having is the straw is getting a little weird. The tip Of the straw is almost crushed when it comes out of the dishwasher. I wash it in a straw holder on the top rack. Hopefully I can get a replacement straw. Other than that, I m in love...and hydrated!!

I have owed a lot of water bottles and I must say Owala has a superior design! I would give this review 5 stars but the button to open the lid is hard to press. Pros: Built in straw Nice sleek design Fits in car cup holders Wide lid to refill Cons: Button is hard to press ( probably not for someone who doesn t have the strength to press it. (Ex: Elderly, little kids) I would like to see color customization of lids and straws. Overall I m very happy with my water bottle. I was on the fence about purchasing since I hadn t heard about Owala before, but I am very satisfied. I purchased a metal one as well as a plastic bottle.

While others are a connoisseur of fine foods, fine wines, or maybe even fine chocolates, I consider myself a connoisseur of water bottles. And, trust me, I own a wide variety! What I did not have yet was the OWALA . Oh my!! I have found my partner in crime (or just my everyday ). This is the best water bottle I have owned!!! Those other bottles are now so lonely. They just sit there hoping I ll remember them. Unfortunately, they don t hold a straw to my . The only water bottle for me!!

I was skeptical that this would hold up to some of the more expensive insulated water bottles I own. Sure enough it does! I can use less Ice cubes and still have cold water all day. The straw feature works flawlessly and without much thought. A few times I use œtraditionally  and have had no issues and no overflow spills onto my shirt. Truly a flawless design. I randomly found an Owala bottle at my local grocery store and made an impulse purchase. It ended up being my favorite bottle and I have now bought my husband and 3 daughters each their own, gave one as a Christmas present to my boss and have influenced 4 coworkers to get their own. I love that it closes tightly, has a built in straw that I don t have to worry about getting in the way, and keeps my drink cold and ice for over 24 hours. May never buy another style water bottle again.
