I have a collection of insulated bottles and I like them because it keeps beverage cold for a day or more but the design is a lot less desired. Enter the from Owala. I have to say that the design is well thought out. First is having the option to either sip or chug. Most water bottles with a built in straw is very difficult to drink from. In order to be able to drink using a straw from an enclosed system, you need a hole to allow air to enter the bottle and thus be able to take a sip. Unfortunately these water bottles have only a pinhead-sized hole which gets occluded with the fluid from the beverage. The only way to sip effectively is to twist the lid open. With the Owala , the chug opening is so huge that there is no force required to take a sip using the straw. That is what makes the straw work effectively. And if you're really thirsty, you can chug it down as the other option. Second, is the built-in handle. It makes holding the bottle more comfortable without having to always grip the bottle or cradle it or tuck it in your arms. Third... you can put carbonated beverages contrary to what Owala says on their website. The only suggestion is to slightly twist the lid open to allow the excess carbonation to escape so that the beverage doesn't overflow from the straw. Otherwise it works! I use my to drink my homemade seltzer from. If there is anything that I would request is for the company to make bigger capacity bottles. I drink a lot and the 32 oz capacity is small especially considering that you add ice. This is coming from someone who uses an 84 oz bottle on a regular day. Also I would like for Owala to make silicone sleeves for the bottles so that the paint doesn't get scratched. Otherwise, I have to say that Owala is the best insulated water bottle in the market. And thank you for giving nurses a discount. Because of that, I bought every single color option you had!

I seriously loved this water bottle. I love drinking from a straw and having the straw covered from dirt/germs. The water bottle is easy to clean and keeps water cold for hours. Only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that it started leaking about two weeks after getting it.

This water bottle has it all. All my pet peeves about water bottles resolved! 1. A straw that doesn t leak. I can t stand cold water on my front teeth so I have to have a straw. Plus I drink more water when drinking through a straw.a Any water bottle that has a straw always leaks. This one does not. The straw is internalized and cannot leak.a Unless you leave it open. But that s on you. 2. It doesn t sweat. I love ice cold water. Cod water creates condensation. I can t stand when a water bottle sweats all over your table top.a  3. Stays cold. I m not kidding. I left some ice water in the thing when I left work. It had been in there a couple hours already. Came back the next day (16 hours later) and the ice cubes were still in the water. The were smaller of course, but there was still ice... 16+ hours later!!!a  After the first purchase of the 32 oz I went back and bought the 24 oz for my kids for school, and a bunch more for gifts for friends and family.a

We ordered a for all four of us. 32oz for the adults and 24oz for the kids. Durable, no leaks, they keep ice water for a long time too! I like that the button locks so you don t have to worry about it accidentally getting depressed and popping open in your back pack or the car. They look great too! I work in a school with kindergarteners and while we are more doing in person instruction yet I no longer feel like a steel tumbler with an uncovered straw is a good choice to have sitting out pandemic or not. The marries still having a straw whole keeping things clean perfectly. Fast shipping and great customer service.

I needed a water bottle for the gym that had an attached top, because I kept spilling my straw cup. This works great! Love the colors and it keeps my water ice cold for hours. I ve started filling it and taking it with me pretty much everywhere. Easy to use and also easy to clean. Love it.

I love this water bottle! I work 12+ hour shifts as a nurse, and my water stays cold and the ice doesn t melt by the end of my shift. Bought the largest size. Only complaint is that it doesn t fit in my cup holder in my car. Will be buying more in various sizes.

I love the spout on this cup. It s so much easier to take in more water when you love the cup you re drinking from. Its the perfect cup and I ll definitely be buying more in the future! This is my favorite water bottle. I was a huge fan of swell water bottles but since I got this I got rid of the swell and I m investing n these. I love everything about it. I have the 19oz stainless steel free zip. I absolutely love the straw feature. Love that the bottle is easy to clean. Keeps my water cold all day.

I bought this because I saw an ad on my Instagram feed. I mainly use cups that I can use straws. I was really using a free metal Tumbler cup I had received while I was still working at my local Panera, as I was able to use basically any of my reusable straws and it kept my drinks nice and cold the whole day. I basically bought this on a whim not knowing how it d work out, as I ve done multiple times with other cups. This did not disappoint! This keeps my drinks cold the whole day, I even have ice still frozen in cubes when I go to pour it out the next morning. The straw is really nice too, I wasn t sure about how it worked so I was pleasantly surprised when I first used it. I don't really use the sip part at all, as that s not something I do with my drinks. The ONLY issue I have with this cup is how hard it is to unscrew the lid. I know it s supposed to be a very tight seal because it s marketed as a leak-proof cup, but because I have carpal tunnel in both my hands, the fact that this cup is just this wide and the lid is so tightly sealed makes it very difficult to unscrew it to actually fill it up every day, I actually have to use a grip-aid to unscrew it sometimes. That s the only reason I m giving it 4 stars. This is a very solid cup, and it s basically the only one I use now! Just wish it was a bit easier to unscrew it.

I love everything about my ! It keeps my water cold all day, has a nice finish that doesn t feel cold in my hand, and it s easy to clean! And the main reason I bought it was because the spout has an easy to use lid/cover to keep it clean as I carry it around all day. Highly recommend!!
