I was looking for a Yeti alternative (can I say that word here?) that provides me with the option for a straw and saw this in my searches. SO glad that I did! The tilt or straw built in options are so great, and the cap when closed allows me to toss it around in my bag, car, the couch (with a little one, you know how important that is!), etc without it leaking a single drop. The added benefit of it having a handle you can push down when not in use to help lock the lid is genius. I see myself getting a smaller size in the future. I use this for water, keeps it ice cold, so can't weigh in on coffee or other hot beverages. But the seal of the lid is tight as well as the top that pops up, so I imagine it would do the trick. Haven't dropped it yet, so it's not yet ding approved, but I'm sure it will come soon. Three other people in my office have already purchased these since seeing mine. Great job Owala, way to hang with the competition!

It s seriously the best water bottle I ve ever had. It makes me want to drink water more. I ve gotten them for all of my friends / coworkers for their birthdays and they all quickly see why I love it so much!! I tragically had to throw one away in the TSA line bc I forgot to empty it and I almost cried lol. I ordered another one before I got to my gate #sponsormeowala #plz

I've never been a straw bottle person, hate having to suck to get hydrated when I want to just gulp...but it's hard to gulp when you're running on a treadmill, lol, so I got the ! Now, I basically only use the straw/small opening, but you sorta can tilt like you're gulping, OR suck like a straw, so really, but it's even better than the best of both worlds, b/c you really don't have to actually suck the straw at all, you can tilt and barely suck and there you go! Highly recommend this bottle, I have 5. They are the best!!! Of course, no bottle is perfect, so here's what I hope they improve in the future. 1) love the lock top, but it can sometimes be hard to close. I wanted to give one to my 8yr old son for school, but he has trouble closing it all the way to the "click". 2) after a year of use, the thing you attach the straw to under the lid has a crack in it. Don't get me wrong, still totally usable, the straw still stays in for now, but just hoping it doesn't get worse. Highly recommend the bottle!!!

I have a problem with collecting water bottles. I always find something wrong with them. THIS one, is the absolute best and I can't find any faults! It keeps my drink cold, doesn't leak, is easy to carry when my hands are full thanks to the loop/lock, and I love the flexibility with using the straw or spout. I got one for the rest of my family members and they love it, too!

My friend Kelly told me about this cool bottle and I was looking for a new one and decided to invest into a nicer, better model. I like the straw option with the pour as well. And gotta LOVE the color options! I got Hint of Grape and it has like 6 different colors without being too overwhelming! :)

I love everything about this bottle! My only tiny suggestion would be to offer more color options. I love colors, but would probably prefer more calm colors rather than the kind of harsh/bright color combos. But the colors are definitely not a deal breaker for me! I love it so much that I have already convinced three other people I know to buy them, and I've only owned mine for 3 weeks haha

Great product! I am NOT a water drinker normally- but this cup has really helped me to drink more fluids throughout the day. I love how it keeps my ice water cold all day (and sometimes throughout the night) and love that the straw is enclosed to minimize risk of germs. Thanks, Owala!

Sounds like a kid bragging about himself! ‚ I thought it would be funny to put it to the test and gave s to the girls for Christmas. Literally the best. They agreed and were thrilled. I ll now put away my Instagram-trendy and ridiculously inconvenient Stanley mug and buy more of these. Actually, I wish I could return all the Stanleys I just bought as gifts. I was even too embarrassed to give one to my sister yesterday for her birthday after I realized she had heard me rave about owala and admit that I had been duped into Stanley mugs by influencers. I purchased 3 different sizes of the stainless steel bottles and they are nice bottles. We love the concept of the straw built in option. 2 bottles keep ice for over 18 hours. The other bottle I m lucky if I can make it 5 hours without ice completely melting. The lids are a little hard for kids to open as the lids don t always open without having to pull up on them. When we push the button to open the lids, water comes out through the straw and leaks on you. Other than that, it s a decent bottle. Colors are very pretty. One bottle s lid sprung completely off while opening, but customer service was great to have a replacement shipped out.

My wife and I go through water bottles like crazy. We seem to be pretty rough on them and I am glad to say that this water bottle has so far outlasted more then I could have imagined. I love the option to gulp the water when needed, but the straw is amazing as well. This straw has to be one of the highest flowing easiest straws that I have used in a water bottle ever. The only complaint I have, is how it is sometimes hard to get the top to unlatch, but for the rest of the pros, it is only a bump in the road to perfection. I would recommend anyone to take this water bottle on as they would never want anything else.
