I bought me and my wife one of these bottles and they have been great! Although I did leave mine on the back of the Fire Engine at my job and it went bouncing down the road on the way to a call but I was able to go back and find it later. It got beat up pretty good but still works well! I highly recommend these bottles!!

I've bought and used at least a dozen different water bottles/tumblers and there was always something they lacked. Either they didn't keep water cold very long, the lids didn't close right and they leaked, or they didn't close at all. The Owala checks all the boxes. It keeps water cold all day, the lid seals tight and doesn't leak a drop, and the built in straw is perfect. There is simply no comparison between the Owala and the competition. This is the best water bottle/tumbler on the market, period.

This is the BEST water bottle. I loved it so much that I ordered one for everyone in my house! It keeps my water cold, hasn t leaked or sweated, fits perfectly in my hand, I love that the lid locks or I can use that loop to carry the bottle, and I love that I can use the straw to sip or use the opening for bigger gulps!

I ve always been a nalgene water bottle girl, but the sweaty bottle got to be a pain. I love my Owala upgrade! Water stays cold, pop top is a breeze, straw to sip is delightful and the option to chug is great too! It s also not as heavy as some competitors but still keeps water cold! 5 star purchase! I actually received this bottle for free as part of their birthday celebration online--I had been looking at it online for a while. I LOVE it. I've had no issues with scratching or denting so far. Color is beautiful and the top is the best. Also love that it is dishwasher safe. Only wish it fit in my cupholder, but I am very happy with the larger size! Get it, you'll love it.

What I like: flip top, sip/chug, colors I have been buying various designs for a few years, never really happy with any. There always seems to be some design flaw. Then I tried Owala. It seems closer to what I want. ended up buying 3- 19oz, 24oz, and 32oz. The big one is too big for my car s cup holder. The 19oz is easy to carry but always running out. The medium one is perfect size, fits the cup holders and packs well. What I do not like: 1-The locking mechanism is built into the carry loop. Bad idea since the lock is most needed when carrying the bottle but when carrying it by the loop the top is unlocked and subject to accidental pressing of the button. 2-The plastic hinge on the loop can break, especially when bottle is full and attached to a pack by the loop. This happened to me. 3-The bottle has no pressure relief valve. I use this bottle when I fly, and I fly a lot, averaging 3 trips with connections a month. That adds up to as many as 12 flights a month. When ascending the plane s cabin pressure is a lot less than at ground level and the higher pressure in the bottle ALWAYS causes the liquid to jet out when opened. Every time this happens I get a wet lap. No way to slowly open the lid to equalize the bottle. Imagine how useful it would be to have a screw valve on the lid to allow equalization.

I m pretty anti-straw but I love this bottle more than I thought I would. I found it so convenient to use the straw feature instead of tilting the bottle up to drink from while driving. It kept my drink cold for a long time and the larger size is perfect. The only downside is that it doesn t fit in any cup holder in my car so I have to lay it next to me. It doesn t leak or spill at all.

I love this product and it s very convenient however my straw falls out sometimes when I m drinking from it. When I m working at the hospital I don t want to open it to fix the straw due to germs. Other than that it is great and thankfully I can still drink it without the straw.

It's unfortunate to see so many people complain about not getting this wonderful freebie. Before being quick to complain, you need to look at the big picture. This promotion was heavily advertised on their website, social media and listed on many freebie websites reaching out to millions of viewers. And only 5,000 bottles were being given out. If you were among the 5,000 to score one like me, Congratulations!!! To the rest of you who are upset about it, suck it up and move on. There's always opportunities to score freebies. Just because a freebie being promoted, doesn't mean you will get one. Companies typically only have limited supply to give out. Thank you Owala for this Birthday Celebration promotion!!
