It took me a bit to find something I could mix this with. I have an abnormal sensitivity to smell, I asked several friends if they could smell or taste anything weird and they all said “no” but I found if I mix the collagen into chocolate milk I have no problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using it for a month, at the beginning I added it in to my milkshake but it doesn’t dissolve good after that I tried with juice but was the same, until I tried with my hot tea or coffee and it works better, the taste is good (nothing strong or bad)

The multi collagen has proven to improve my skin texture and moisture. It has also increased the growth rate mails and hair. You have to be realistic and know that there is no miracle fix for wrinkles and ageing, but collagen is a very good way to slow it down.

I have been telling all my friends/family about this product. I am using it for my joints (no change yet), but my hair is thicker and no longer leave any in the shower, and my skin is smoother and softer now. I have only been on it for 2 months and I am VERY pleased with the changes so far.

The product worked great I could tell my hair was getting thicker and I was losing weight. It blends well in my coffee in the morning and my water bottle drink it before bed to help sleep. I just realized the level of arginine in it and I’m intolerant to the high levels of arginine but for everyone else like aging 30 year olds and up who like to stay active this is a go to.

I started using this product in May, 2018. I have an old rib injury that resurfaced about a year ago that was a total game changer. I had to stop exercising, and normal, everyday tasks were painful and hard to do. After seeing a doctor about my situation, he told me I could just live with it the way that it was or I could get an MRI to determine if the injured areas could be removed surgically, but there was no guaranty that surgery would solve the problem. At that point I decided to try to find other less expensive and less invasive options. I read a lot about collagen and which types of collagen might help rejuvenate cartilage. I was impressed that this product has several different sources of collagen. When I first started using this product, I didn't notice a big difference right away. It was such a slow and gradual improvement that it took a while for me to notice that things were getting better. I was no longer a walking barometer that could predict the slightest changes in atmospheric pressure better than the weather forecast. I could sleep on my side again for a few mins at a time. I could bend over to pick things up without wincing or holding my breath because it hurt. After almost 3 months of using this collagen, I hardly have any pain in my ribs. If I slouch or don't sit up straight I get a little uncomfortable. I can sleep on my side for a while now before it starts to bother me. I'm still waiting for my knees to stop sounding like Snap, Crackle and Pop whenever I do stairs or squats, but at least I am exercising again and I can bend over without a second thought as to how bad it will hurt. I can ride horses again, water ski, hike, run and keep up with my kids. This product has made a huge difference in my everyday life that I don't plan to quit taking it any time soon. I usually mix it with tap water and a bit of crystal lite powder. If I put the powder in the glass first, then fill it with luke warm water, most of the mixing happens on its own. It still works with cold beverages, but it just requires more time to stir it in. Strangely enough, the collagen doesn't have too much of a taste itself, but the smell was hard for me to gulp down at the beginning. I'm used to it now, so it doesn't bother me. LOVE my Multi-Collagen Protein Powder! It has a very mild, pleasant taste. I’ve had my protein powder for just a few days, so it’s too soon to report results. That said, I do expect very positive results because this high-quality protein powder contains 5 peptides (unlike many others with only 2). I am looking forward to all the good things I’m confident this advanced collagen supplement will do for me!
