quite impressed with this collagen since it has ALL 5 TYPES OF COLLAGEN and i can definitely tell a difference in my digestion...amazing....i have used marine and bovine wit type 1 and 3 collagen but this is a alot better i think...still early to tell but i have already bought another canister....i could tell a difference when i went back to just bovie ormarine... i think....can this be possible....will update later to see i....but very hopeful....and type 5 is best for hair i think so....that is a plus to0

Hoping I’ll see a difference in the hair, nails & joints soon as well (but I’m being patient & realistic). No side effects or issues. Mixes & dissolves pretty well. I find swirling or stirring works better than shaking. Cannot taste or smell any difference in my coconut water. Super easy to use.
