I have been taking collagen peptides for years. I put it in my coffee first thing in the morning. It has no taste and dissolves quickly in hot beverage. I'm taking collagen tablets (1,2, and 3) when I came across this I was a little apprehensive about trying it, I'm a picky eater. I put one scoop in my protein shake 1st thing in the morning, and I actually love it, I can't tell any difference, when I get home from work, I put a scoop in my coffee, I stir it with a fork, I had read it could lump, it does from time to time but no big deal, the lumps come out easily, so far I'm loving this! I'll continue to use this brand

I have never had the moon shape at thr base of my nails. I assumed it was due ti Hasimotos- Hypothyroid. My hair has always been stick straight. I even tried a perm once. It did not take. Well codeage has changed that. My hair is wavy almost curly. And my nails look like I have had them done. I just turned 70 in August. I am so pleased with the multi collagen. I am happy that this product dissolves very easily and there really is no taste. I’ve noticed I feel a difference in my shoulders and neck, seems to be better. I will continue this and will update my review if need be, but as I said in the title, So far, it’s great!

Great product! Blends well with everything, great value. I am used to making my own home made bone broth, but as a professional chef, and during the holiday season I just didn't have time. This is a great substitute. I blend it with my protein shakes, tea etc, and it's perfect. Just slowly add and mix at the same time for a good blend, If by chance you get some clumps, put your mixture in a blender. Hand blender, nutribullet or even a fork will fix it. Great product, eased joint pain and much better sleep

I would like to give it at least 6-12 months to see if there are true benefits. So far, my knees are not cracking. My nails seem to be growing and there haven't been new acne. If I get compliments on my natural glow then I know it's working. I'll let you know.

Fantastic product. I've tried a few others before this one and my results were not that good especially, pain in my joints. I had seen this on Facebook and read many reviews good and bad. I have very noticeable skin improvements from face, neck and my nails are growing. It also gives me an energy boost (not bouncing off the walls energy) that gets me through my day. I love this product and I will definitely buy this again. My husband and I have been taking Codage for about 30 days and we think it is helping our skin. I’m 69 and my husband is several years older. Our skin has thinned but his has so much and tears with the slightest bump. He hasn’t had any bad tears in the last week or so, just a bruise or two.
