This dissolves easily in hot and cold liquids, doesn't clump, no taste. Hope it works, but won't know until a couple more months of use.

I have been using this collagen for about 3 months. I have experienced new hair growth and it is thicker. My nails have become strong and smooth. No more splitting or breaking. The best part is my skin. It appears very hydrated. Some of my fine lines have disappeared.

I started using this product in May, 2018. I have an old rib injury that resurfaced about a year ago that was a total game changer. I had to stop exercising, and normal, everyday tasks were painful and hard to do. After seeing a doctor about my situation, he told me I could just live with it the way that it was or I could get an MRI to determine if the injured areas could be removed surgically, but there was no guaranty that surgery would solve the problem. At that point I decided to try to find other less expensive and less invasive options. I read a lot about collagen and which types of collagen might help rejuvenate cartilage. I was impressed that this product has several different sources of collagen. When I first started using this product, I didn't notice a big difference right away. It was such a slow and gradual improvement that it took a while for me to notice that things were getting better. I was no longer a walking barometer that could predict the slightest changes in atmospheric pressure better than the weather forecast. I could sleep on my side again for a few mins at a time. I could bend over to pick things up without wincing or holding my breath because it hurt. After almost 3 months of using this collagen, I hardly have any pain in my ribs. If I slouch or don't sit up straight I get a little uncomfortable. I can sleep on my side for a while now before it starts to bother me. I'm still waiting for my knees to stop sounding like Snap, Crackle and Pop whenever I do stairs or squats, but at least I am exercising again and I can bend over without a second thought as to how bad it will hurt. I can ride horses again, water ski, hike, run and keep up with my kids. This product has made a huge difference in my everyday life that I don't plan to quit taking it any time soon. I usually mix it with tap water and a bit of crystal lite powder. If I put the powder in the glass first, then fill it with luke warm water, most of the mixing happens on its own. It still works with cold beverages, but it just requires more time to stir it in. Strangely enough, the collagen doesn't have too much of a taste itself, but the smell was hard for me to gulp down at the beginning. I'm used to it now, so it doesn't bother me. This product and their team is awesome. The founders are two brothers, one whom is a recent state 4 cancer survivor who attributes it to nutrition, which is pretty cool. The product has no taste and dissolves super well, better than any other collagen I've tried. I'm also seeing fuller hair and smoother, more toned skin after just a few weeks. They also have some other great products that I'm going to try.

I would like to give it at least 6-12 months to see if there are true benefits. So far, my knees are not cracking. My nails seem to be growing and there haven't been new acne. If I get compliments on my natural glow then I know it's working. I'll let you know.

Getting old is not a pleasant experience, however, there is always a silver lining in all the clouds. Collagen is a great supplement for the skin, especially for women. This product is amazing and easy to use. There is no need to seek other kinds of protein sources. I love the collagen powder, just mixing with water, but usually use my tea.
