Well we have been using a Zammex brand of collagen but ordered this one because it states it has different types of collagen combined. So has to be better right? After a week we noticed it just wasn't as effective. Not sure why not but since it's more money and less effective we went back to our original brand. Disappointed because in theory it should have been better.
