I like the item but it was a little concerned when I received my second order and the labeling had changed. It didn't claim to help with as many things the second time around. I find that very concerning.

I have been using product for almost a year now and can tell a difference in my face as far as the way it looks. I went away for a week and did use and couldn't wait to get back home to start using again. You need to make a travel size.

I use it every day...I put the scoop of powder in the bottom of my coffee mug, add coffee to the halfway point and stir until it's all dissolved (has to be something really hot). Then I add my creamer and then fill my mug the rest of the way.

I have used other brands and this brand exceeds them by far. My joints don’t hurt like they did in the past and my hair, nails and skin look great. I take on an empty stomach in the morning and a scoop in the early evening.

I feel like I can always taste the difference with added collagen powder but this powder is the best! It doesn't have that gross after taste that ruins food.
