I've been using this for about a year now and have noticed a difference in my nails and hair and some difference in my skin. My joints don't pop and crack as much either. I also like that it has all 5 types instead of just the 2 that most have.

I put this in my coffee along with my cream and sugar and it doesn't change the taste or consistency:) Taking 2 arthritis meds per day and along with this I can tell a difference! Hopefully with continued use I can go down to do just 1. Thank you!

The collagen powder mixes well in my coffee & green tea. I do not find any residue at the bottom. Adding the powder doesn't alter the taste. Besides, the powder is cheaper than other Multi-collagen peptides.
