I💜My "Santa Man"

I bought Santa last year, and we love him. He does everything he's suppose to . Got him out of the box he came in this year and he still works great. Very easy to put together and restore. Takes maybe 5 min. to get him together.

Mine only pops up to less than 4'. How do I get a REPLACEMENT. He is adorable! If he worked right ,he would definitely be a 5 star.

Oh, where do I begin?!? I bought this Santa in 2022, and I loved him.  Fast forward to 2023 Christmas when I put him up again.  He suddenly cranked out (he sang but did not turn his head), so I bought another one because well, the first one I got was refunded for free because it came with a damaged scroll and they were sold out at the time.    The new one I bought arrived with the neck broken, so I sent that back and got a replacement.  The replacement came with a creaking sound, so I sent it back for yet another replacement.  I now have the 4th replacement, and he was lovely when I first got him.  Let me add that my kids adore him, and so do I.  Well, only a few short days after having him, he is now creaking again and sounds wobbly when he sings.  It's almost like a rattle.  I'm so tired of replacements that I'm at the point where I kind of just want a full refund.  It is quite disappointing as I really love this Santa. I wish I could upload a video of him singing with the creaking sound.

Awesome singing Santa, he sings several different songs.The volume can be adjusted,he has different adjustments for when you want him to sing.His clothes are well made,everything about him is perfect as far as I'm concerned.He's easy to put together also.
