My grandkids love it! The strap is very long so no extra chain was needed. Went together easily. Bought several on clearance for Christmas gifts. Much cheaper than other models.

Our 8 and 5 yo love this. They both fit at the same time. They want to be pushed and they can read books/hide/play and it’s just an all around good gift

Ordered 4, received 3. Called customer service and was told someone would get back to me. No one has. I asked if the last swing could me cancelled and I was told case had to be reviewed.

Grandkids love it!

The first box was missing the carabiner, wrench, and instructions. We returned it, and the second box had all the parts. It looks like we aren’t the first people to have missing components, so it’s worth checking before building the swing. Our kids love the swing.

Don’t bother buying super cheap fabric

Nicely made. Grandkids love it.

So much fun it’s actually bigger than I thought & it’s made well. Came with all of the necessary parts.

Bought for 12 yr old granddaughter she can use with it without tent plenty of room for her. She fell asleep on it
