this is a great, well built set. we got it on sale for $1799,99 , easy assembly. attach the seats to the bases, and the top to the round base. the base comes assembled. pull out drawer for tank works great! only downside is you cant have an umbrella in the table due to the fire pit. you'd need a cantilever umbrella. but overall, a great spacious set with comfortable chairs that swivel. also comes with a large round cover that covers the entire thing chairs and all.

We've thoroughly enjoyed this set. It is very comfortable and well assembled. There's enough space between the fire pit and the edge of the table to eat comfortably without being concerned about safety. The assembly was very straight-forward, and I didn't experience what the other reviewer noted about the missing hinge. The door to the propane tank works as expected.

This patio set is beautiful. It wasn’t difficult to assemble . The directions were easy to read and included what you needed to complete the project this patio set comes with a protective cover and decorative rocks for the fire pit

Overall it is a nice set. The chairs are comfortable and it looks great. The reason for the three star rating is the fact that when you assemble to fire pit as instructed, the door for the propane tank does not open. I'm no engineer but I do know that if the door is attached to a static connection with a bolt, it is not going to open. I would assume that a hinge would be needed. Of course that was one of the last pieces to attach. I had already put the chairs to gether and the rest of the fire pit otherwise I would be returning it ASAP. I'm going to do a run to Home Depot and buy a hinge to hopefully fix this problem.

Table panels G, C, E did not align with legs brackets D . I couldn’t align the holes for the bolts and the bolts would cross thread if alignment is force , defective parts .
