some reviews say they were and some said they weren't. decided to go by pics and assume these were individually wrapped since one pic shows a roll wrapped.. they are not not individually wrapped at all so storing all of the rolls on top of my kitchen cabinet the way i normally do is a big nope now. they still do the job of course but, i won't be buying these again
