I really tried to like this style/concept air fryer but couldn't. It takes 5xs longer or more to preheat. Even with a towel on the top to block airflow it didn't help much. Then it doesn't hold temp and takes long to cook. Standard air fryer with basket would heat in a couple minutes and cook food in a few more. I returned and bought old school type.

Worked well in the beginning, but after about a year it started turning itself off mid-cycle or not turning on at all. I now need to buy a new one since I don't trust this one to function (and sometimes it simply won't) anymore. The internal screw part, for the rotisserie function, broke early on - but it wasn't a function I really needed so didn't return it at that point - I wish I had!! Very disappointing.

Purchased this at end of June and today it's already starting to malfunction. I failed to realize it only had a 90 day warranty and should have returned it as soon as I read that part in owner's manual. So disappointed that Sam's continues to carry anything made by this company.

Gave to a friend for a house warming gift!
