I saw some 1-star reviews so had to chime in. This stuff is magic. As long as you water it and then keep it moist, the seeds will germinate, even if you pour the mix on a concrete slab. It’s just expensive.

Had some dead spots on my lawn from last years drought, put down a good layer of EZ Seed and within a few weeks you could not find the spots. Blended if perfectly with my existing grass and with almost no work.
