Quality is very good. Telescope feature is GREAT, because its unique design allows you to raise it or lower it to exactly any level on the pole; no need to try to "click" it into a hole to raise or lower the height. Unfortunately, that great feature appears to come at the expense of having very LIMITED movement of the umbrella's TILT feature. With the tilt feature, you have exactly three choices: The umbrella flops way over (90 degrees) to the right, the umbrella flops way over (90 degrees) to the left, or the umbrella stays straight up. That's it. You'd like to tilt the umbrella at a 45° angle to the left? You can forget that! You can flop it over 90 degrees, or you can leave it straight up. Take your pick. You can flop it over 90 degrees, and then try to adjust the height to compensate for the insufficiency of the tilt feature, and that's the best you're going to be able to do. I'm keeping the umbrella because it's well-made, it looks great, and the infinite telescoping feature is great as well. But when the sun's in my eyes and I can't quite get the umbrella to adjust to the proper angle, sometimes I do think twice about it.
