The most recent washer I've owned was an older 4.0 sq ft washer from 2014 that always struggled to keep up with a King Size Comforter. There would typically be residual soap left in. With this washer, everything is accommodated! We have multiple styles of comforter that this washer has accommodated. Items are very clean coming out of this washer, no soap residue. I've was previously skeptical of Samsung electronics due to early failures in the Cell phone markets. It seems that Samsung has really improved their quality! I have 3 children, so laundry always needs to be done. Thank you Samsung for making life easier!!

The machine is quiet when running and the various cycles available are all great. I love the ability to receive a push notification when my wash is complete.

Well, there are no more doubts! Clean from day one! I love the app too - I can customize multiple wash cycles and even track my energy usage. I am a Samsung believer now :)

Not only is it easy to understand and use, but the added features (such as texting you when clothes are washed or dryer is done) helps a lot. Extremely quiet and efficient. Changing door side was quick.

The only downsides to this washer would be the time shown ends up being longer sometimes a lot longer. Also, it gets unbalanced more than I would like. I do recommend getting this washer!
