Cycle times are a little long but that was to be expected. Clothes seem to be much softer using this washer than previous washer. It's very quiet.

It has a nice sleek design & I love that I can actually see what's going on in the washer thanks to it's see through lid. It is so quiet, I didn't even know that was possible. I barely hear it full up & I never hear it running. The drum is deep so it holds a lot of clothes. The amount of settings & features is mind blowing! It may be a little overwhelming at first but after looking through the manual I'm looking forward to trying out all of the cycles. The active water jet is by far my favorite feature! With having a baby & a teenage boy in the house, stains are a constant battle. Thanks to the active water jet I no long have to run from the kitchen to the laundry room after rinsing some clothes to try to get out a stain, I can do it in the washer & just drop it in when I'm done. I didn't know how much I'd love a soft close lid either. I can be clumsy & have lost count how many times I've dropped the lid & scared myself & everyone else in the house so I'm thankful that will no longer be a problem. There's a reminder every 20 loads to run the cleaning cycle which is perfect since I always forget stuff like that. My list goes on & on with what I love about this washer, I can't get over how impressed I am with it. Thank you Samsung for getting me excited about doing laundry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i recently upgraded to this washer for very specific reasons: i have 3 dogs and humans that work in a field where clothes get dirty and stained all the time. i need a washer that could handle stains, bulk and do it economical. this washer did not disappoint, i was able to wash large loads from my dogs with ease and was able to pick the correct cycle - it was a dream how well it did and quiet. when using it for clothes, it cleaned well and used the least amount of water. stains were not a problem. cycle adjust accordingly and i love that it lets me know either on my phone or tv that my was is done! this washer can be programmed from your phone and you also get additional downloadable cycles on app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this washer is so nice! i love the quick wash feature- using it, i can do a load of wash in under 40 minutes. it has no agitator, which makes it so much easier to get clothes in and out. it has features for activewear and waterproof clothes. the drum is also super large, which is perfect for our family. i've washed some very dirty jackets on the waterproof setting and they've come out super clean. i have nothing negative to say about this great washer!

Love/hate relationship with this washer. Love that it has so many programs and seems really effective. Hate that it is SO DEEP that I have trouble reaching items in the tub to unload them. I'm pretty tall, 5'7", and I can hardly reach to the bottom of the machine.
