Finally clean clothes! Only thing I'd change is a clear glass ropes. The dark glass fogs up and can't really see thru while running. But still love it!

Large Capacity Smart Top Load Washer with Super Speed Wash (WA52A5500AW/US) has exceeded my expectations. I have never been more enthusiastic about doing the laundry! I no longer have to push the knob in and turn the rotary dial to go back to my setting to stop the load. I can start and pause/stop the wash with the push of a button. The washer detects the weight of the items and automatically adjusts the optimal water level, washing time, rinse counts, and spin counts. With the larger capacity tub, I can wash everything in one load in less than 30 minutes. Thanks to the easy access tub, I don't feel like I'm going to fall in when taking the clothes out of the washer as I did with my old one. I can leave the laundry room door open thanks to the vibration reduction technology which allows me to wash at any time of the day without having to worry about the washer noise. In addition, I will never have to worry about getting the gunk that accumulates around the top of the tub out thanks to the self-clean indicator that illuminates after 20 washes. There are so many controls and functions for this washing machine including the Active Water Jet, Automatic Temperature Control, and Delay End. This washer has a digital graphics display with braille features for the visibly impaired, that displays all cycle information, including the cycle time, information code, and operating status that makes operating the appliances easy. It is also equipped with other features that I found useful including Child Lock, Cycle Completion Melody, Wi-Fi and the Smart Care function that allows me to use the SmartThings app on my smartphone to manage my load, as well as perform easy troubleshooting to diagnose and offer quick solutions for my appliances. Never could I have imagined that doing laundry would give me so much joy - until now! This sleek, efficient, and skillfully engineered washer is a game changer for me and my family. It helps me figure out which cycle I need to use based on the clothing I have put inside the washer. It also shows me a timer and i get a notification on my phone when the cycle is done. This is game changer for me because I would always forget to put the clothes in the dryer. The app was very quick and easy to set up. It is much larger than my previous washer and I can wash more clothes in one go. I prefer no agitator and this has none so now I can easily wash some heavier items like bedding. I have washed several heavier bedding items and they came out clean and fresh smelling. I love the design and the looks of the washer as well. It is very modern but still very user friendly. There's alot of features to play around with but so far nothing that I have thought of and realized that my washer doesn't have. I'm happy that I can do more loads at once rather than doing multiple throughout the day. Currently taking out clothes and putting them in the dryer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have now had our washer nearly one month. No issues with it at all. We weren't specifically looking for a "smart" washer, but it is actually nice. Using the app, you can see where the washer is in it's current cycle, time remaining, etc. Haven't used the "delay start" feature yet. I really like that the machine keeps track of it's cleaning cycles and requires a self cleaning mode. Washes large loads with ease. So far, very pleased with our purchase.

Looks much nicer and modern that even stainless washers. The washer also gets our clothes cleaner using alot less water and all that at almost the same speed as our old washer!

With this new washer, my life changed. Having 3 kids under 8 makes for a lot of dirty stained and sticky clothes. I am now able to customize my way type, time, and strength. The controls are super easy to use. The barrel holds so much clothes. It's great for comforters and small washable mats. I am able to know exactly how long the wash cycle will be and plan accordingly. The receptacle is convenient and leaves no room for messy spills.

The washer and dryer have sleek stylish designs and buttons and dial that are easy to use. For my husband and I, doing the laundry now is not a tiresome chore as it used to be since this set makes it so much easier with many different modes for different types of loads. My husband would avoid trying to do laundry before but now he loves helping me out with the laundry due to the ease of use. Clothes come out looking clean and smelling great and the super speed wash, which is my favorite feature, makes quick washes effortless. My husband loves the fact that he can keep track of loads on the Samsung smartthings app on his phone since he is more tech savvy than me. We also love how spacious the washer and dryer are so that we can take care of more laundry at a time.
