my lg flooded my garage and needed to be replaced asap! wanted to get another he-high efficiency washer for its replacement. love the features, the large tub, and of course the cute little tune when the cycle is complete. i lucked out that it was on sale after christmas and it was in my price range. wow, is this a great washer. my clothes get really clean and they are not all tangled together as with my prior washer. i do enjoy seeing the clear view of my clothes being washed. thank you, samsung for making a wonderful machine with all the bells and whistles for the mundane task of laundry.

I've absolutely loved it since I started using it. It is much quieter than other washers with the quiet agitator tech.

Purchased this washer in June of 22 and wish we hadn't. About 4 months ago it started giving us a code that the lid was not closed, went through all the steps the manual said to do and started running again. About a week later it refused to start again, but now it no longer shows us a code. This machine have to be powered down or unplugged about every 5th load. So regret buy this washer.

We have found a keeper! The washer can handle a big load and wash it in 30 minutes or so. I can barely hear the washer because it is so quiet. This makes doing laundry more convenient for our family. The kids can sleep without being disturbed by me running the washer. The clothing comes out clean and does not get tangled in the agitator at all.

It has no agitator, which makes it so much easier to get clothes in and out. It has features for activewear and waterproof clothes. The drum is also super large, which is perfect for our family. I've washed some very dirty jackets on the waterproof setting and they've come out super clean. I have nothing negative to say about this great washer!

this washer arrived with dents on the side and front. the appliance delivery crew advised that samsung's are made with a cheap grade metal, and this is not uncommon. the dryer i received sounded like there was a bolt slamming around during drying. both are going back, and i'll go with another brand.

The washer is capable of weighing the wash load, and only fills with enough water for the load. This is certainly a money saving feature. My old washer about 25 years old. The washer is configured for colored and white clothes. You can operate using a speed wash. Great features

It connects to smart things seamlessly and its so quiet you wont even realise its working until you get the notification on your phone. It can be started remotely and can be managed through phone very easily. It also tells electric consumption and also notify if cleaning needs attention

There are so many settings and features that there was a bit of a learning curve, but I do feel like our clothes look & smell so much cleaner. I'd never had an issue with my previous washing machine -- I'd thought. But, this one definitely does a great job.
