These new Samsungs are so amazingly quiet when they operate, you forget youre even doing laundry! In addition the auto settings work great, and the capacity helps with water conservation and time being able to fit all my laundry into a single load.

Not only are they all great at the function, but the washer, no agitator, cleans better than any I have ever owned. It's quiet, and has many features and selections to choose from on an easy menu. I love being able to control the washer from my phone, the water spout and being able wash waterproof items again but still without an agitator! Lots of cycles & options. We got the matching dryer & they both have a sophisticated design/nice looking finish that doesn't need to be hidden since units are off of our main living area. No complaints so far!

We are constantly having to wash clothes and this machine makes it easy to wash larger loads of laundry at once. Even with the larger amounts of laundry being washed we are saving on water. I love the function of being able to connect the washer via my wifi so that I can control the machine from work and get notified when the machine has finished in cycle when I am upstairs.

I picked up a High Burst 3/4 in. x 3/4 in. x 72 in. with 90-Degree Elbows SS High Efficiency Washing Machine Connector (2-Pack), before the installers were due to arrive. After unboxing I noticed all hoses needed were included, but they were not "high burst" (braided metal surrounding the hose to ensure the hoses does not burst.). I highly recommend these to avoid a potential issue later on. During the setup, I noticed the installers did not use attachment that came with the New Samsung Washer's discharge hose, so I installed it after they left, because the installation guide recommended it based on my laundry room configuration. Then lastly, I added a single AC outlet surge protector and connected the New Samsung Washer to our home Wi-Fi. The first thing that impressed me was the washing tub size. My old washer had about the same footprint, but its washing tub size was at least 25% smaller. Additionally, the use of space inside this New Samsung Washer is top notch along with the placement of the Detergent, Fabric Softener and Liquid Bleach fills. It's sleek illuminated dial and touch controls, with child lock-out are GREAT! The New Samsung Washer ingeniously weighs your laundry load to determine the appropriate water level for washing and if you're not comfortable with that, you can activate the “Deep Fill” option. The “Deep Fill” option fills the water to the maximum level for washing, regardless of your laundry's weight. This New Samsung Washer is also MUCH quieter when washing and the spin cycle. The options to pick the number of rinse cycles, spin speed and clothing soil level are all AMAZING! Modifying the soil level, is my most used feature. When the final spin cycle is complete, this New Samsung Washer plays a pleasant melody. Another great, yet simple design marvel is the ability to see the laundry washing as my old washer did not have a viewing window. The time left to wash that is displayed, is very useful. I am very intrigued with the ability to “download” additional washing programs that are not factory installed to this New Samsung Washer. These combined features and functionality are nothing short of yet another Samsung Engineering Marvel! Overall, we love our new Samsung Washer. It's easy to use, has lots of features / options and is energy efficient. I'm sure we will enjoy using it for many years to come. Thanks, Samsung for making doing your laundry fun!!! I never thought this would be possible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn't be happier with our new Samsung washer. We purchased the washer with the impeller and clothes come out just as clean as with a agitator. We really like the impeller because it does allow for a larger load and also much easier to grab the ones at the bottom. It's also nice getting a notification that the washer is done so we don't forget about the laundry and let it sitting in the washer.
