This is a tasty cereal and had a good amount of the yogurt clusters and dried fruit. I like when cereals have a mix of textures included in the box, otherwise I usually add granola, but I don’t need to with this. However it did get soggy after sitting in my almond milk for a few minutes while I was eating it, but not so soggy that I wouldn’t finish it. This box is not going to last long in the house, we will definitely be eating it up. We like cereal as a snack for sure.

I have always enjoyed this brand of cereal! Recently, it proved to be exceptionally great. I had a head injury a few weeks ago that had significant swelling; first two days was awful no relief. On the 3rd day I woke up at had a bowl, I couldn't get enough, ate the whole box. My symptoms reduced and provided me with some relief! I am convinced the nutrients and vitamins from the cereal is what led me to a successful recovery. Thank you Special K!

When it’s poured with milk, it doesn’t get soggy and you can still get a good crunch out of it. It’s not too sweet, but sweet enough to keep you full and happy! Definitely added to my cart for more!

The cinnamon flavor is light and not overpowering, which makes it perfect for everyday breakfast. I love that it has 10g of protein per serving- it keeps me full longer and gives me steady energy throughout the day. It’s so cruncy and sweet and holds up in milk without getting too soggy fast. It’s a great option when i need something good fast. The cinnamon flavor leaves a sweet aftertaste that makes me want this everyday for breakfast. Definitely a solid pantry staple.

I was a bit wary of this cereal at first, thinking it might taste too healthy, almost like eating paper. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it actually was. The cereal has a great balance of sweetness, crunch, and tang. The large grain flakes are crunchy without being overly sweet, while the tangy yogurt pieces and small bits of strawberry add a nice pop of flavor. The strawberries taste fresh and enjoyable, though I do wish there were more strawberry and yogurt pieces mixed in. With 11 vitamins and minerals, this cereal feels hearty and nutritious. It works well as a breakfast option but also makes a great snack, especially when you’re craving something sweet that won’t completely derail your health goals. This cereal is tasty and makes eating “grown-up” cereal far less painful and actually enjoyable.

While I would 100% eat this again I would pick a different flavor over this one as it is kind of just the special K pieces none of the fruit and yogurt pieces.

My only complaint is that it is higher sugar contents than I would normally prefer. It’s also a very good addition to yogurt.
