Battery was charged and ready to go on initial start-up, even after I short-circuited it for a moment (like the manual says, install the red cable first). Gave it some gasoline, pushed start on the fob, and it started right up. Same result with propane as the fuel. Measured the voltage, right on the money (120 VAC). Haven't run it with a load yet (have to get it connected to my transfer switch), but from what I've experienced so far, it should be ready, willing, and able to shoulder the burden.

It arrived with no damage. Shipping company outstanding it was delivered right to my garage door. Very friendly and COVID-19 compliant. The customer service I received was outstanding. A little bit of a wait on hold. The gentleman that help me more than made up for the wait on the phone. Outstanding Customer service the man deserves a rase. Thank you Phil

I just bought this item. Set up was a breeze and was able to test it out right away. Love the electric and remote start. Hopefully I won't have to use it but I'm glad I am the peace of mind to know that should power go out, that I have a top notch generator.

After using my father inlaws generator during the last power outage, i was so impressed with his Westinghouse WGen7500, i was very confident in purchasing the same. I opted to go for the Dual fuel system since storing propane is easier. Noise was in a respectable range, very reasonable for a generator, definitely more quite than my neighbors. 7k watts was more than enough to power my house along with a 150 gal saltwater reef tank. Easy to use, easy to set up & easy to service. I'm extremely happy with my purchase, i would recommend it.

We're in Eastern NC, and deal with a lot of storms. We bought this for the dual fuel, and remote/push button start. Easy to unpack, and had all the parts. Broke it in slowly over a week, changed the oil, then fired it up to see how it did with the house. We had our house hard wired for our old generator, and this one works great. Easily powers what we would need for an extended outage from a hurricane. Of course time will tell. Our last generator we had for 20 years, and with the proper maintenance, I expect this one to outlast us. With both gas and propane, we can easily go a week + now without worry.

I purchased this unit for the piece of mind of knowing that I will be able to have power if my electric service goes out. Luckily, I haven't actually needed it yet, but when I do, I'll be ready. This unit is very well built and the minor assembly needed after getting unboxed, was minimal and simple to follow the directions. I really like the idea of the dual fuel option too.

The warranty will be void if you make any modifications to the exhaust in order to put it in my RV. They offer no tail pipe, nor is it allowed to run the exhaust outside of your RV therefore it can't be mounted inside the compartment made for a generator. as per tech. Support.

Our generator was delivered yesterday and we set it up on the back patio and and it started up right away, connected with a propane tank. Very happy with the unit. It rolls easily with the sturdy wheels to move it for use. Now we are protected for the upcoming storms.

This baby has it all. Lots of power, electric start, dual fuel, even a remote. The little assembly required is easy, though the unit is quite heavy, so a little help to get it in a position to do the final bit would be helpful. Overall, couldn't be any more pleased.

Super easy to set up and operate and controls are where you would expect to find them. Manual appears to we well written and adequately and accurately describes operating features. Provided accessories will make using the generator easy and unit appears to be well made
