I bought this generator upon recommendation from a friend to replace my older 3.5Kw Honda generator and I must say that I am very well pleased with its performance. The dual fuel and remote start features are what I like the most. I also liked that the unit came with a battery charger. The purchase was definitely well worth it.

I have been comparing generators for about a year now. The WGen 7500 DF was my 1st. choice from the beginning. I finally made my purchase, and I'm glad I did. I just received this unit and haven't had a chance to use it yet. This is a nice looking machine with a lot of features for the money.

Excellent reviews on this generator and for the first time, I feel like I am ready for whatever storm may come. I have a well for my water supply, so electricity is a must have and this generator is more than enough to guaranty not only drinking water, but also working toilets.

Just purchased so time will tell in terms of performance. I do really like the dual fuel and plan to run off my two existing 120 gallon tanks so no more worries about storing gasoline and local stations that arre also without power. The only reason this was not 5-stars was that there was no note to connect the battery plug that was somewhat hidden and zip ties. Also so the spark plug connector was loose so it would not start with the pull cord. Then would not start the the push button until I figured out the battery connector cable was not plugged together. Also, IMO they should have 7-day a week technical support... if you lose power over a weekend and have trouble that's not so great,

It's great knowing that I now have the ability to keep my family safe and warm when the power goes out. The generator is everything I thought it would be. I set it up in about twenty minuets and I was off and running. I was surprised at the noise level. I thought it would be as loud as my old generator. It's a lot quieter.

I purchased this generator for hurricane season. The item was packaged well and easy to assemble. Also, the manual was user friendly. The wheels made it easy for me to move around. It gives me peace of mind having a generator that can meet my needs during a storm.

Main reason I bought this generator was the dual fuel feature, since storage (and refueling) of gasoline isn't the best. The shipping box was sturdy and, unlike other reviews, it arrived in perfect condition. The minor installation (connect battery, stand & wheels) took less than 15 minutes. As soon as I put the oil, I connected an old LPG tank and gave it a go. Even though I don't see much use for it, I gave the wireless remote a try and it started the unit with no problem. I pressed the remote once, but the unit actually ran on the 3rd automatic attempt. (Completely understandable for a unit that had absolutely no gas/LPG on it prior to that). After letting it run for a few minutes, I connected to my house with the transfer switch and it had no problem running the load (including a good size fridge). The unit is very solid, but easy to move with the wheels (even on grass). The only feature that would make the unit better, would be displaying the load (watts) drained on the data center. While keeping track of running hours is great for maintenance purposes, voltage & frequency aren't particularly helpful once its running. (Other than to make sure it's generating enough). But watts would give the user information to reduce/increase the load, as well as get an idea of how long will the fuel last based on the specs - both more useful than volt/freq. Even though I have had the unit for only a month and only ran for a short testing time, I am very satisfied and glad I made the right decsion buying this unit.

After numerous power outages over the years and the realization that they are coming more often, we decided on the WGen 7500DF as the perfect solution to our problem. We are extremely satisfied with everything this model has to offer especially the peace of mind that we will no longer be inconvenienced by the next regional utilities power failure.

It arrived with no damage. Shipping company outstanding it was delivered right to my garage door. Very friendly and COVID-19 compliant. The customer service I received was outstanding. We bought this generator because we wanted one that could use dual fuel sources, and because of other recommendations concerning the ease of setup. As baby boomer homeowners who don't normally work with generators that was important. Turns out, it really was easy, and once the wheels were attached, it was not too difficult or heavy to move around. It's a good looking and practical generator.
