This generator is simple to use with easy to understand instructions for gas or propane use. Push button and remote start are super convenient. The quick connect wire to the battery allows easy hookup to a trickle charger to keep the battery in prime condition. I'm very very happy with this purchase. Also it's not nearly as loud as other generators I've been around

I bought this 10 months ago and tried to use it for the first time today. It works great on propane, but won't run on gasoline. Yes, I am selecting gasoline on the control panel and the fuel valve is on from the gas tank. It is not trying to fire, like it's not getting gas. I do have fuel in the line after the fuel filter so the problem is somewhere after that, my guess is in the carb somewhere. Also the float bowl drain screw is stuck and will not turn, it is starting to strip.

Just received the new generator last week. I am so happy the generator will run off propane that will allow it to run all night with now fuss. The guys that put it all together for me said that everything was as promised and it started right up. In 2024 our power went out 22 times, so generators are a must. Thank You!

So far the generator has been great. Easy assembly and initial startup. Instructions are very clear and straight forward. Really like the dual fuel option and the ease in transferring from propane to gasoline and back. A bit louder than I anticipated but tolerable.

Bought my generator after Hurricane Florence came though central N.C. Wanted to be prepared for the next power outage along with the option to use gas or propane. :-). Unit was shipped on time. Unpacked and inspected it before I let the truck driver leave. Everything was in greate shape. Very clear instructions on how to do the connections to the starting battery. Filled it up with oil and started it right up. Ran it long enough to test out my 10 circuit transfer switch I wired to my main AC panel. Loved the wheels and folding handle. I makes it very easy to move and position it as needed. I would recommend this to anyone.

Delivery was arranged and was on time without a hitch. The generator was easy to set up. Basically, you just put on the wheels and feet, fill it with oil and fuel, and start it up. I particularly like that it will use both propane and gas. The electric start worked flawlessly, both on the generator and the remote control. Throwing the fuel selector switch smoothly changed fuel sources from propane to gas and back. I am very happy with the purchase. I was without any power for a week during the derecho in Iowa. I feel prepared for any future outages. I plan on putting in a transfer switch to run almost the whole house with this generator.

I just purchased my WGen7500DF, primarily for use in case of power outages to run a refrigerator, portable AC, microwave, lights, fans, laptop, etc. I wanted a duel fuel generator, did extensive research, and picked this generator based on excellent customer reviews, features and price versus the competition. The generator was shipped and arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. It assembled easily and started on the first push of the electric starter. I have only used it with limited equipment plugged in so far, but have an electrician coming to install a transfer switch. Based on my experience so far, I would certainly recommend this generator.

This generator is very simple and convenient to operate which is why I selected this particular brand of a generator. The more simple (which this generator is super simple to operate), the better for any family member to set up. Once the wheels are set up, the generator is very easy to wheel around as needed. Only change I would make, is to have the choke colored differently. It does not stick out because it matches all of the other parts on the generator. An orange or red marker for the moveable choke part would help greatly, especially when having to explain it to someone that is not very mechanically inclined.

recieved my generator and fired it up today electric start is great! not as quiet as i hoped-but still much quieter than my old generator nice that oil, funnel, propane hose and tools are supplied with it oh, and remote is very nice also. This generator will provide all the power i need to run all of the basic needs in my home and more

I bought this Dec 1st 2025 as a backup home generator in case I lose power in the winter. I live in northern Michigan and can't let my pipes freeze. I haven't used it yet, but the wheels were fairly easy to install and with them it's very easy to move around.
