I bought this a few days ago the generator goes together with ease. Took maybe 20 mins. It fired up the first try with the battery it ran great puts out plenty of power. Only issue I have with it is if i ever need to take it to someone to fix it that is a certified shop according to Westinghouse on their website, they are 25 miles from me. The wheels don't seem too heavy duty.

I bought this generator to provide power back up for home in case of hurricanes in the area. We usually evacuate during a storm, but with wife bedfast it is no longer possible to leave. This generator will allow us to stay in our home and not worry about A/C, lights and power for medical equipment she uses.

After purchasing this generator about two months later the start stop switch failed. The technical support team responded in a reasonable amount of time. The team diagnosed the problem and shipped a replacement. Although it was a little hard to replace the switch the generator is up and running again.

Had enough of ice/fire produced power outages in my area. Cant count on power utility communication or response time. Took matters in my own hands. Pulled the trigger on the WGen7500DF. Westinghouse in top 3 ratings across the board for 2021. Easy start up instruct0ions. Once included battery charged, pushbutton or key fob start, fired right up.

I finally talked my wife into being prepared for the next outage. Thankfully, it's pretty rare, but very disruptive. This generator has a lot of great features, some of which may go unused, like the remote. My favorites are the dual fuel option and push button start. This will require a little battery upkeep but well worth it. When looking at many many different generator options, this seemed to really have the best options for the price. I do not have tens or hundreds of hours on it yet, but hope that it will be reliable. I will be running the critical household circuits (fridge, freezer, furnace, etc.) on this when needed. One thing that would be an improvement, is if the factory could etch the serial number somewhere discrete in case of theft. The paper label could be stripped quickly and easily.

Very nice looking generator with all the features that you need and then some. I particularly like the data center, remote start, dual fuel and gas gauge plus the fact that it comes with a battery charger, oil and funnel - which are some of reasons why I bought this model. Assembly was very easy but had a little trouble starting it and keeping it running at first using the remote and electric start button; however, a couple pulls with the recoil cord had it purring like a kitten. No issues after that on other attempts to start using the remote and electric start button. Alternator end cover came damaged, which seems common from what I have read in other comments. I contacted customer service to have a replacement cover shipped. Generator only arrived a week ago so we haven't had to use it for an emergency yet but I am confident in its ability to get us thru the next power outage.

Easy to assemble and set up. Had wheels, oil filled and propane line connected in 20 minutes. Push button start and remote start stop are a great feature to have. Have only just set it up so I cannot judge how well it will perform but I bought this model based on all the positive reviews.

I just purchased this generator. Thankfully I haven't had the need to use it yet. But assembly was quick and easy. I like the 6 gallon gas tank and having the option of using LP as well. The operating instructions are clear and easy. The unit started right away. The push b button start and remote start are also great options.

This is my first generator; the ability to use either gasoline or propane was a key decider for me. Of course I read all the positive reviews and was impressed by the experiences of other users. A few days ago I hired an electrician to configure my home power box so that if the main city power goes out I can easily connect the generator via a 30 amp cable to my home circuits, We tested it and found the generator powered everything except for my central A/C. There are some precautions of course, for example we could overload the generator if we use too many high wattage accessories at the SAME time (eg microwave, toaster oven, hot water boiler, washing machine) . But that is what we expected from a 7500 watt generator. It was tested on propane, started right away and frankly was not as loud as I thought it would be. I don't know how many hours it would run on a 15 gal propane tank; that info will come in time. If I had to list one negative aspect it would have to be its weight of nearly 200 pounds. Even with wheels it requires a lot of strength to move. Nevertheless, I recommend you buy this generator; I don't think it will disappoint you.

Just received our generator yesterday and unboxed it. Followed the manuals to do the small amount of assembly which was very easy. Put the oil in, got the FOB mated to the generator hooked it up to propane and hit the start button. The generator turned over for a sec, then paused, then boom burst into life. Ran it for a little over an hour with no load. It was surprisingly quiet for its size. Going to run it a few more times to get it ready for season. I would recommend this generator based my limited experience so far.
