Instructions were thorough, some complicated, but the generator cranked first time and I got power after some more reading.

came on time, easy to set up, started right away. perfect so far. a bit loud but not too bad. i feel ready for the coming winter weather.

Arrived in time for hurricane. Came with quart of oil and propane regulator hose, spark plug wrench, funnel. Have not used it yet in power outage.
