Have not HAD to use since purchase, but, installation, starting and hooking up were quite easy! Started right up and ran smoothly and quietly!

Just opened, shipping on time, started right up, easy remote pairing…..now to wait for the electric to go out.

I have the option of using gasoline or propane to fuel my generator. This is important especially with the cost of gasoline now.

Bought last week to use as a standby. Selected due to the dual fuel flexibility and different power output features.

So far so good, easy to set up and use. I especially like that I can use two different types of fuel.

Purchased this item December 17, 2018. Excellent instructions and installation. Now onto the use of the purchase.

Just bought this and starts up easy, we like the duel fuel, also like the remote control, so we don't have to be out in the weather to start it.

The Dual Fuel Option is the selling feature that I looked for in this generator. This thing starts up like a champ every time.

I bought this a few years ago. Haven't needed to use it much. Very reliable when I do need to use it though!

hURRICANE IS DOWN THE COAST. EASIEST OUT OF THE BOX TO RUNNING AT FULL POWER IN LESS THAN 25 MINUTES. REMOTE START VERY NICE
