Just received the generator packaging was great everything was there easy to assemble just doing the brake in I can't say about reliability just yet but if works as good as it looks it should be great.

Easier for our family to deal with power losses. When one fuel runs out just start it again on the other fuel - can't get much easier for long duration power outages. Will be recommending this for our children as well.

Bought this unit as insurance against grid problems. Easy to setup and appears to meet all of my requirements. The only issue I had was one thread on foot mount wouldn't seat--no problem.

I purchased this in April to get ready for hurricane season. I haven't used it, but it appears to be a good generator. I hope it runs as good as it looks.

Bought this 6mo ago. Initially when we did the break-in the item seemed amazing. Started easily and handled the load of my house well. THEN one day in the middle of the winter when it was -20C and the power went off (ie when we really needed it) I went to start it up and nada. Wouldn't start. We had it plugged in the whole time but wouldnt work. Partner (who is quite mechanically adept) tried the pull cord and couldn't get it to go or figure what was wrong with it. We decided maybe too cold. So, last month when temps were just hovering around freezing we tried again. Now it doesnt even TRY to start when you push the autostart or remote. Terrible let down. Sure it's under warranty but what a massive disaster to be left in the dark and cold with a brand new generator and now to be left with the immense hassle of trying to get it fixed under warranty. Run dont walk from this product!

Just bought it, ran for 1 hour. Started up no issues. Super easy to program remote start, came with everything as stated. Tested 3 start ups, started right up, used my volt meter to confirm voltage with the display and was the same. Thing is pretty easy to move around, havent tested it with much a load bc this was just commsion+start up. But appears very good buy

We bought our Westinghouse WGEN7500DF generator because it was dual fuel capable and a great deal in our price range. We also bought it because Westinghouse at the time was the only manufacturer that had a Smart Portable Transfer Technology ST Switch that plugs directly into the generator and can automatically start the generator when it detects that the house has lost power. These were all very important features to us.

I unboxed and followed all the setup instructions. This is not my first generator, so I am very familiar with how things work and what needs to be done. Filled the oil, topped up with fresh gasoline, connected the battery, and turned on the various breakers, switches, fuel positions and fuel cutoffs to the right settings. I tried multiple times to start on gasoline - the unit turned over, but did not ever "catch" at all. As a test, I swapped to propane - it started on the first try and ran flawlessly. Swapped back to gasoline, and again, no start. I did check fuel level and fuel cutoff switch.

I received the generator with no damage noted. The fit and finish were very good. After attaching wheel kit and hooking up battery I filled with oil and proceeded to start unit after filling with gas. The unit started right up and appears to be reasonably quiet and well made. The only criticism I have is that there is no mention about the supplied battery charger as to whether to keep it hooked up to the unit or when to charge it.

Haven't had the generator very long, but it didn't take very long to realize I made the right choice. The duel fuel system and the ability to use it as a home power source or a portable unit makes it very valuable. The electric start makes easy for anyone to use, but in case of a battery failure, it has a pull start back-up! Very Nice! There are many more nice features on this Generator so if you're looking for a high end portable that does it all check this one out. You won't be disappointed!
