Bought one similar to this about 3-5 years ago. Is being used commercially so it gets a lot of use and it's time for a new one. Havn't used the new one yet but had very good luck with the old Westinghouse one.

I use this generator as a backup for my house when we lose power. It is very convenient to be able to start the generator remotely. The selling point for me was the duel fuel option, I really like that I can use either gasoline or propane.

This generator is very nice. We are excited to get the full hook up attached to our house. If we had the outlet outside I would have been able to rate it 5 but since we have not hooked it into our AC I cant speak to that part.

Started up right away. Remote works great. Tested it with my switch box for 10 minutes. Ran everything in house (except for AC and Stove, not recommended).

Had our electrician assemble and do the electrical work required. Had to use it a few days later and was easy to start. Wish it was quieter, however. Dual fuel option offers added convenience and flexibility.

Bought this after losing power for 5 days with two little ones. Very stressful. The unit is solid. I'm a little worried about leaving the unit on so the remote start will work in case the battery drains out. Should probably get a spare.

Easy to prep for starting, started first try on propane. Have not run on gasoline but expect it will start easy on gasoline. a little heavy to move around, I'm 83.

I bought this as an emergency backup if we lose power. Fired it up on propane and so far so good! Haven't had to use it during a power outage but this looks to be a solid purchase.

I purchased tis generator as a backup power source when power goes out. I love the remote start and the ability to use dual fuel. Not wanting a power outage but I know I will be ready when that day comes.

We purchased our portable generator because of a snowstorm. The price point and the equipment setup were easy. We appreciate the dual energy source feature (gas or propane).
