This generator is top of the line. I give the generator itself a 5 star rating. WGen did promise a free cover with purchase but then stated that the offer was no longer available to to high demand. Because of this service I dropped their rating.

Just got this generator and it was very simple to set up and love all the features on it. Also appreciate the "Never Flat Wheels" as our old generator had regular tires that always seemed to to need air.

Generator found to be in great shape when unboxed. Didn't Completely hook up battery, called support they ANSWERED immediately !! Talked me through it. (item not mentioned in Manual) going to fuel it up and test tomorrow. So far would recommend.

Purchased less than a month ago and have already used it twice. Dual fuel and remote start come in handy. Runs quiet and is just overall a great generator.

Perfect size packed with all the features you need, while enough power for everything without the downside of a larger model which starts to suck gas.

just purchased this before 15 inches of snow hit it starts easy and runs quiet plenty of power to run 3 frigs and 4 tvs plus lights and blowers on wood stoves very happy so far with my purchase

Just got the unit, got it fired up, it did exactly what the instructions said it would do, we actually have 2 tropical systems that are targeting the Gulf of Mexico and the coast of Florida so I hope not but we may have a chance to try it out!

Very versatile machine. Started up right away. Instructions straight forward. Very versatile. A bit loud, but then apparently so are all portable generators.

In a time where rolling brown outs and scheduled blackouts, it is very reassuring to have such a quality generator at my disposal. Very happy I purchased it!
