I live near the coast of North Carolina where hurricanes are a threat. this generator is easy to start and comes with a remote start which is very nice. i do wish they had pup a better set of wheels on the unit.

I've had this generator for a couple of months so far. It has the best specs for those looking for emergency back up. Dual fuel is a must when considering the what happened during Sandy of 2012. The integrated charging port is a nice touch.

I was looking for a generator with dual fuel and the capacity to power essential appliances. I live in Southern California and we have frequent outages. This gives me peace of mind.

Have'nt even started unit but shipped and appears in perfect condition. This is smaller in dimensions to my 20 year old 5000W Generac but much heavier. Once it runs well we can give it 5 stars! Wish me luck

Works as advertised, definitely recommend installing generator transfer switch then if power goes out just plug in exterior outlet and you're done no more multiple extension cords

Our company purchased this to use on job sites and it works great! It performs as needed, has great features, and a good run time. Will be purchasing more!

This generator is very nice. We are excited to get the full hook up attached to our house. If we had the outlet outside I would have been able to rate it 5 but since we have not hooked it into our AC I cant speak to that part.

Had a little trouble getting it to run on gasoline, but after following the troubleshooting steps it took right off.. I've only run it for about an hour with a 5kw test load but I think all will be good..

We just purchased a home that left us a generator that was broken. Our electrician ordered this one for us. We haven't used it yet, but it is a lot easier to move and set up for use.

I have not hooked it up and used it yet. However, all the research I did on similar generators led me to select Westinghouse. Quality and reliability were the big features I was looking for, based on that I selected this generator.
