Love that you can control from inside the comfort of your house when needed with a press of a button. Powers the appliances that need to be connected very well. It is not as loud as other generators. Easy to move around when husband is not around.

I ordered this back in October did not receive it until mid December due to high demand it was worth the wait Everything I see so far looks good it was easy to assemble Very anxious to see how it runs once I set it up

Electric start and dual fuel are nice. The remote start is cool, but I still have to go out to plug in, flip breakers, etc. so, not sure that I'll actually use it.

I am impressed with this generator. built like a brick house and comes with everything you need with the exception of the power cord connecting the generator to transfer switch

I am very pleased. I just wish I had bought the larger one. They give you everything... tools, battery, remote start, propane or gas, propane hose, and wheel kit.

I bought this versatile generator as back-up power for our home. It works great! This generator supplies enough power to keep necessities, such as fridge and lights, running when main power is interrupted.

Great features and power rating for the price! My Dad worked for Westinghouse his entire career, and, I like the last two letters in the model name, lol

Did we get a lemon? Used twice... won't start. Changed the battery as the service person suggested... still won't start . Waiting...... waiting.... for days for a service call back. All it is now is an expensive large paper weight.

Looking forward to using this generator in the next power failure event. I specially like the dual fuel option as well as the battery starter and the remote starter

I previously owned a 5500 from another company that did not have electric start. This generator power my house with ease and starts very quickly with the remote started. Very happy that I chose this make and model.
