So far we have not needed to use the generator, which was purchased to use during power outages, but the manual is very readable, and the machine looks well made.

The generator is easy to move with the handle and big wheels. Starts easy with the push start button. We had to use the choke (hard to find) the first time to start the generator but have not had to use it since.

Just bought dual fuel generator and was very impressed with quality of materials. Used propane tank for quick start with remote controller. Nice to know we will have heat and electricity when the power goes out.

Assembly and first start went off without a hitch. Makes good power. Battery charger that plugs into the front panel is a nice feature. At 200lbs, it's quite heavy.

bought it 2 weeks before hurricane dorian. started up and was still running after 13 hrs. I put more gas in it and it ran constantly for 38 hours when our power came back on.It started and ran my 2 ton heat pump and ref.. freezer, lights tv. etc.

This generator integrated perfectly with the newly installed transfer switch panel on my home. Enough power to run 2 refrigerators, furnace, lights, washer/dryer, water heater and all other appliances (except A/C) during an outage!

I bought this unit online ship to store. I picked up it was easy to put together. Started right up and I ran it for 2 hours does the job I will need for hurricane season. Thank you

I purchased this generator in preparation for hurricane season. I like the remote start & love the dual-fuel feature, but I mainly bought this to use propane. Easy to start with the pull start too! And it doesn't take up much space in my garage.

Purchased this for the power outages that seem to be getting more frequent and longer. I don't have much time on it yet, but it's worked great so far and was easy to get out of the box and running.
