I followed the instructions and the generator started right up and ran perfectly right away. Fit and finish are excellent it looks like a durable generator.

Bought this 2 days ago, after reading the instructions we started it and it ran like a dream. We had a smaller unit for hurricane Michael but I know this will take us through the next one. I will update after the next storm.

Received it a week ago. Our electrician saw it and said we got one of the better ones. Haven't used it yet, but expect not to be disappointed. It was delivered and received in excellent condition.

Absolutely easy assembly, clear instructions, and easy to use. Read the booklet's first pages up to "Assembly" first, then un-package the rest of the way.

I bought this generator about a month ago because of the California fires and PG&E power shutdowns. It was very easy to assemble and use. Nows I don'nt worry about losing my wifi and refrigerator and freezer food.

Am going through troubleshooting before contacting company. It has been very cold so it is slow going. I do not like how it starts but I hope it will get better as it breaks in.

Just purchased this for hurricane season power outage uses, so far looks good. Everything arrived perfectly and was easy to put together (really just the wheels and add oil). Particularly like the propane option!

I just received it. It looks good and I like the dual fuel feature. I hope I don't need to use it but it good to have a generator in case it's needed.
