I bought this as insurance for hurricane season and it worked...we didn't have a hurricane! I start it once a month to keep it ready and keep the gas fresh. Except for one time, it started up right away. It's compact and tucks away nicely in my garage. I anticipate that this will meet all my emergency power needs.

Just received it. Easy to set up and started immediately, voltage steady under various loads. Key fob remote starter broken but I have requested a replacement. Will amend this rating if there is a problem with that issue. Otherwise extremely pleased so far.

Purchased to make sure we have backup power. Has the features we need, and enough power to handle our power requirements in an emergency. Did have difficulty with the first start - might want to recommend charging the battery for a bit before trying an electric charge the first time.

We bought this being in central Florida in order to be better prepared for power outages following storms/hurricanes. My husband had it assembled quickly and we walked through the steps to sync the remote start. The first attempt did the retries as documented, and it started up on the third retry. It ran much quieter than previous, smaller generators we've used. I was happy that I can easily move it being a 60 year old woman, 5'4".

Excellent product. Using it as back-up home power connected to a transfer switch. Love the duel fuel aspect. The propane fuel is perfect for short running periods. Took it out of the box. Put the wheels on. Connected the propane and fired it up according to the directions. Unfortunately, did not read ALL the directions. Ran well but provided no electricity. . .until I realized the Master circuit breaker was off. Switched it on and everything was copacetic. Circuit breakers and ground fault interrupters provide supper double-check protection.

I bought this and it came well packaged and was easy to put together. Very capable as it runs off of propane or gasoline, and can be started either manually, or with remote or on board electric start. Should come in handy the next time power goes out here in Texas.

I bought this generator for backup power. Some of the reasons I picked it were the good ratings and the fact that I could get a high altitude kit easily. Some of the other companies had no information for high altitude use. The unit had minimal assembly and it came with a funnel for the oil which I thought was a nice touch. I have not used it yet...waiting for the high altitude kit.

Ordered this product in preparation for approaching hurricane season. Wanted dual fuel option (gasoline lines can be really long after a major hurricane) and ability to run several items such as chargers along with the refrigerator. Set up was easy.

We just upgraded our old generator with this one. I love the fact that it's an electric start. I couldn't use the pull cord on our last one. It seemed like we always lost power when my husband wasn't home, so I'd have to wait for him before we could start the generator. I'm looking forward to be able to start it when he isn't here. I also like the fact that it's dual fuel. We will be using the propane function but it's nice to know we have the gas option as well. The size of this one will allow us to run pretty much everything in our house. Looking forward to the next power outage, lol!

Purchased from Amazon and delivery driver asked where we wanted it, bonus (it's heavy). There was minimal assembly and set up, purchase included a quart of (oil to be added). Cool features including remote and push button start. Currently breaking in the generator, but so far 10 out of 10! Next step is setting up home for generator power.
