Arrived in great condition with no damage to the unit itself. Assembly was simple - add two feet and two wheels and some oil basically. The funnel is a must so make sure you hold onto that. I couldn't get it running on propane with the electric start so I had to pull start it to get it running. It ran at a VERY low idle and I let it run for an hour to break it in, then changed the oil and run it again with fresh stuff. My one issue is the electric starter keeps re-engages after its running and sounds like the starter is going to grind the teeth off of the unit. Obviously I can't use it until I address the problem with Westinghouse soon. Overall the quality seems high and all of the extra features like remote key fob, electric start, dual fuel option, fuel gauge, external battery charger and others make this a top option in the price category. I'd recommend this generator and only purchased it after lots of research and comparing.

Bought this to replace a 20+ year old geriatric generator. Major upgrade for us!! Assembly was quick, wheels make for easy transport and it started right up - no problems. Loving the remote starter and it's less noisy compared to our old generator. Very happy and would highly recommend.

This is a good size for a home backup. Power outages are only going to get worse with population growth and over reliance on “Renewables” which is inherently unreliable. My family needs something that will see us through both in summer and winter. Fuel fuel is very important to make storage easier.

This generator is replacing a smaller generator that wouldnt Carry the load in my house. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Love the dual fuel option. Put the wheels on etc and it started right up. Runs way smoother than my previous ones. I am very pleased with my purchase.

We just experienced a 4-day power outage nearly two weeks ago while we were on vacation. Fortunately our daughter / son-in-law live nearby and were able to start up our new WGen7500DF generator. As a result, we were able to save nearly all of our frozen food in the 7cu chest freezer. We also prevented flooding the crawlspace under the new addition by tying in the sump pump..

The WGen7500DF started up and ran smoothly the very first time I tried it. During a recent power outage, I hooked it up to the transfer switch in our garage and it powered the 6 circuits in our kitchen and family room without any difficulty. I recommend this generator as a safe and low cost backup for home power outages.

I bought this at the end of december. I love the dual fuel because I dont have to worry about the gas going bad using propane. but if I ever need I can fill up the gas too!. It starts right away with te electric start ad runs smooth. Plenty of power to keep two freezers and a refidgerator going in a power outage along with a small heater and a few lights.

I just set this up and the directions were very straightforward and was able to get it started and connect the remote key within 20 mins or so. Love the dual fuel and the clear labeling on the unit. Not that I'm looking forward to the next power outage but I am confident this will start right up next time and provide the power my family needs!!

This unit works perfectly especially the dual fuel. The only improvement anyone could make is if it could also run off of natural gas. The overall operation of the unit is easy. If you need updated directions simply look on the main website for the manufacturer and they have all related documents.

Ready to use right out of the box. Just had to attach wheels which was very easy. Although 2 people had to load the generator box into the van, once wheels were attached only one person required to move using the handle. Had a transfer switch installed and ran the generator on propane and started right up and powered all the circuits. Great having the option of dual fuels.
