As a older person, love the electric start option. Larger fuel tank than previous one. Very maneuverable. Have not had an actual outage as of yet, so cannot give 5 stars for that reason. But very happy with it so far.

Set up out of box was easy as the instructions were clear and easy to follow. User Manual is clear as well. We have used this generator only to set up for emergence use so can do no long term review but I have no concerns.

We just unpacked it and it looks like just what we'll need for a garage room. The only thing is we wish there were 2 different types of plugs available on the unit itself.

I bought this generator because we live in hurricane country. It is a good size to keep all my electrical needs met during an emergency power loss. Many of my friends recommended Westinghouse. I have not needed to use it yet but I am prepared when I have to.

This thing goes above and beyond in every way, it powers our whole house AND garage apartment like it's no big deal. the remote start is a luxury I can't live without now. It starts up like a champ on the first try even after sitting for months. It's quieter than I'd expect for how powerful it is and the dual fuel feature is something I hadnt come across before. I like everything about it and am 110% satisfied with my purchase.

Have not gotten to use yet thus unable to give all stars but thus far easy prep and set up and seems very versatile / to be great value for the money . Wheels make it easy to move as one person so more confident in setting up a generator safely on my own for the first time

This generator was easy to assemble out of the box. The instructions were understandable even for a novice. I like that it can be used with either gas or propane. Very easy to start with either push button, key fob or hand pull.recharging system is very easy to operate.

I just bought this generator and was happy with the way it arrived except that the can of oil was busted and went all over the box and generator. I had to clean everything up and go out and buy another container of oil. I expect everything to work just fine.

Bought this unit after seeing thousands of positive reviews online. We need it for the upcoming bad weather in NE Ohio during Winter. It is very easy to unpack and assemble: and it comes with everything you need to get going immediately, even a quart of oil, a funnel; and a propane attachment should you need it. There is also a remote key fob! It started right away connected tola propane tank; and the noise level isn't too bad I feel. The handle makes for easy moving and it's transfer switch ready. It will bring peace of mind for my family should any outages happen during sub zero temps! I can highly recommend this awesome genny!
