I started a little tradition of bringing a cafe pizza or 2 to my parents house for a meal before my brothers took our dad to his high school alma mater football games about an hour away. Everyone always raved about how good the sauce was. This became our little pizza party (no football required lol) every so often and my parents really enjoy it. I have to say I was disappointed a few years ago when the cafe discontinued the supreme pizza with veggies for toppings because I'm not a big fan of pizza meats for topping just due to sodium restrictions. Recently we had a pizza night and my brother said just get a cheese pizza and we'll doctor it up. Again my Mom and Dad mentioned the sauce and it got me wondering if it was possible to buy it and when I found out you could AND the crusts too, yay. I would say the only downside is the quantity you have to get (no worries, sharing with family) but the price is just incredible. I have plenty of ideas for the sauce other than pizza too. I literally got the sauce and crust's today and we had pizza for dinner. So yummy. You obviously can use the crusts the size they are but I have a smaller countertop convection oven that will only accommodate a 12 inch pan and when I cut the crust in half it is the perfect amount of dough to make 2 12inch pizzas. Looking forward to being able to customize the toppings to what everyone likes. This and the crusts are a real winner winner pizza dinner.

I have used the jarred sauce from other brands and this is the best I've tasted. One major difference is this sauce is thicker. It also tastes great. I recommend you prepare for storage and freeze portions in containers you may have in advance. I store enough sauce for about 3 pizzas per container and freeze.

Does not have as much flavor as canned pizza sauce but my kids still like it. Good price!!
