Best value for money

Great value for money. I have over 20 blooming around my house. The Painters Palette are gorgeous. I have Sunset, Double Delights, Camelot, Oregold, and many others. Just soak them first then buy really good compost soil to plants them in. Buy only the plants that have shoots started- the totally bare never leafed out and died on me. 3 times. They will root in the first year and you will get blooms, but the second year is when the magic happens. I'm off to buy more… you can never have too many around your house. And at these prices they are so affordable.

A Promising Addition to My Garden

I recently purchased the Member's Mark Dormant Rose Bush from Sam's Club, and it has been a promising addition to my garden. The value for money is excellent, as the bulk packaging offers significant savings compared to buying individual plants. The rose bush arrived in good condition, with clear instructions on how to plant and care for it. The dormant state of the rose bush means it requires a bit of patience and care to get it established, but once it starts to grow, it shows great potential. The instructions provided were helpful, and soaking the root ball before planting ensured a good start. The rose bush is now showing signs of growth, and I am looking forward to seeing it bloom. Overall, I highly recommend the Member's Mark Dormant Rose Bush from Sam's Club for its value and potential. With proper care and attention, it can become a beautiful addition to any garden.

These are good roses. I do know some people have a hard time planting roses. I do not follow the directions. I add water to the container. They're in and leave them like that For a week by the window, until they grow leaves. And then I plant them. I have a nine out of ten success rating doing this, as I have tons of these roses in my garden. And all of my roses came from sam's.

Best Value and Fragrant

I have always bought my fragrant roses from Sam's and have always had success. Never have they died. If they do, it's purchaser error. I've had some for over 15 years. Coral, Mister Lincoln and St Patrick I believe.

Mislabeled Roses

I bought 26 rose bushes. 23 of them have grown and bloomed. That would have been a 5 star rating considering the 3 that did not bloom war probably my fault (burned the roots fertilizing too soon). I purchased 25 different types of roses. However, as they bloomed, they are not what the label stated they were. My 2 Scentimentals are Neil Diamonds - more yellow and red. My 2 fire and ice are not - 1 is double delight and the other is Shreveport. My JFK is not - it looks like lemons and oranges. My Gold Medal is not - haven't been able to identify it yet. So of the 25 different types of roses, I only have 5 that resembles what they were supposed to be.

I was so excited to buy these reasonably price rose bushes. Unfirtunately, thrre was a reason they were so cheap: all 4 different varieties that i purchased died within days of getting them home. I wasn't sure if they were simply dormant or not, so i planted yhem anyway. Everything else is flourishing but these lost the buds yhey previously had and no linger have any green on them. Buyer beware.

Do not buy those plants

i bought 10 in 2024. planted them and came out. the next year, 2025, nothing came out. I did check to make sure they were for the zone i lived. I bough 5 in Feb 2025 (did not know the results of those bought 2024). I planted them, none of even came out the first year. I asked Sams Club for return or refund options, I was told those are returnable in 90 days. So, i spent more than $150 for nothing.

Sam's is not a nursery

I planted a Members Mark, Chrysler Imperial rose bush as instructed. Finally sprouted some leaves after 6 weeks, then did not progress. In the third month totally dead. I have this bush 5 feet from another rose bush I purchased from another supplier, and it is flourishing. Fool me once… I tried to upload photos, but the app didn't work.

Inconsistent quality

I purchased 3 of these roses. 2 of the 3 show zero growth after 3 weeks, while one has taken off. I suspect they were in cold storage too long and died.

Again bought 3 bushes planted them and only 1 grew. So unfortunate because I love roses. Sams plants leave something to be desired . Will not purchase again
