For reference, I am a 36A, 115 pounds.  According to the chart I am a small.  I ordered a medium.  The medium is painfully small and uncomfortable.  The material is sturdy enough to be a top but not smooth to be a bra.  The cups have dents and the entire bra is evident under a knit top.  Awful.  The two I purchased are going immediately to donation.

Love the design for a physically fit individual. The XL was ordered to accommodate the chest and it was tight. I don't know if going up one size helps.

Beautiful Small Ladies Smile

These seamless racerback sports bras came in a pack of 2. The colors I received are black soot & gem slate, which is a very deep turquoise color and is very pretty. The material is ribbed and is surprisingly thick. To me they have really nice support and are rated as medium. They also come with removable cup pads, which I am usually not a fan of, but these are really comfortable and attractive. I am very happy with the quality of these bras.
